Sunshine State Young Reader Award (SSYRA) Jr.

I'm over-the-moon excited to learn that BUG ON THE RUG has made the Sunshine State Young Reader Awards Jr list for 2023-24! Ahh!!! As both a Florida-based author (and parent), I have been a huge fan of the SSYRA for years. To have a book on this list is incredible, and means the world to me.
